I went with my brand new vehicle with a slow leak and to get tire rotation. I was immediately told there was a nail in the shoulder of the tire and that it couldn't be repaired. I felt a little uneasy about the diagnosis and asked William to put the tire back on. He tried to debate it with me but I said to put it back on the car. He repeated that I needed a new tire. I said I'll weigh my options and pulled out into the parking lot where I was approached by a manager and he asked if I was taken care of and explained the situation. He said he could give me a break since I was a long time customer and gave me a deal on new tire. Two days later I went to get the new tire. They asked which tire supposedly had a nail in the shoulder but I explained that I couldn't find a nail. After looking for a long time they showed be the nail which obviously was within the repair rage. So they said they would do a refund and repair the tire. I said go ahead and put the new tire on because now I felt unsafe after being told it was unsafe. Everything would have been ok until I pulled out and realized every lug nut was marred and there are two scratches on my high end rims & then measured the distance o

Had an appt for 8:15. Pulled about 7:50. An employee greeted me at my truck, pulled it in and got the team started. I was home before my appt time! Service has always been good at DTC but this was insane. Well done guys and thanks so much!!

We were traveling and had a tire valve stem break while we were still an hour from home. This shop was only a few minutes away, and they helped us right away. The gentleman was very kind, helpful, and made a stressful situation much easier for us. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this shop ! Thank you again 😊

Great Expirience! The people there were very friendly, professional and extremely fast. I had an appointment to get my tires changed which took maybe 20 minutes. As they were doing that they let me know about an alignment issue I had and checked my brake pads for me. They thought about their customers and offered water to everyone sitting in the waiting room. One of the tires I had ordered also came damaged and they did not have any extras of that tire, therefore, they gave me all premium grade tires for no upcharge. Highly recommend this place!

Best tire shop I've been to. Order online and book your appointment. They put my tires on in 20 minutes. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. The technicians are solid. Staff met me outside as soon as I pulled in the lot and confirmed my arrival. If you are doing aftermarket wheels/tires they know what they are doing. I will definitely be back to get my winter tires. Ask for Randy.
